Diagnostics:
We test and troubleshoot the hardware and software of the system to determine the cause of problems or errors. Diagnostics can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days to locate the problem(s). Most are finished within our 2 - 3 day time frame. We have a flat rate charge for diagnostics and do not charge based on how long the system is on the bench.

Repairs:
We have flat rate charges for all repairs and will not charge more for labor no matter how long it takes or how difficult the job is. This ensures that you never get a surprise bill from us and also gives you the confidence knowing that your system is in skilled hands and will be repaired in a timely manner. Some repair shops charge an hourly rate but do you really know how long the system was on the bench or maybe another technician could have finished it faster. You end up paying them more if the technician is not as skilled or if they are not paying full attention to your system. At J-Tech Systems this is never a problem because we charge based on the job. We've been repairing computer systems with more the 40 years combined experience and know how long jobs take to complete. This is why we can charge a flat rate based on the job.

Upgrades:
We will help you to determine the best upgrade path for your existing system and make several recommendations to you based on your needs or budget. We then will upgrade your system and fine tune it to make sure everything is running like it should.

Custom Builds or Build-To-Order:
We can build any type of system from basic home systems to highly complex virtualization servers. We can help you find the perfect system for your needs or budget. Don't get stuck buying a cookie cutter system from the big box guys. We care about you and will design and build a system the fits you and what you want the computer for. We stand behind our computers with a complete one (1) year warranty including parts and labor. Many of the parts we use to build our systems come with three (3) year warranties through the manufacturer.
